For the base plate hoist, the height limit switch is installed near the top of the post as shown in the above figure.

 For the clear floor hoist, the height limit switch is integrated into one end of the shut off bar. On the other side of the bar, it is secured onto the cross beam using a single long screw as shown in the above figure.
