 The manufacturer recommends a minimum concrete slab thickness of 150mm and a minimum concrete slab strength of 21MPa.

It is important to ensure that the concrete slab is steel bar reinforced. The installation surface must be flat and sufficiently leveled.

 The manufacturer recommends use of ISO 32 or ISO 46 grade hydraulic oil for the hydraulic pump unit. 

ISO 32 is recommended for colder climate and ISO 46 is recommended for warmer climate.

The hydraulic pump tank will take approximately 10 litres of hydraulic oil.

The base plate hoist excluding the hydraulic pump weighs approximately 600kg in its crate packaging.

The clear floor hoist weighs approximately 650kg in its crate packaging.

The dimension of the crate package is approximately 290cm (L) x 86cm (H) x 52cm (W).

The hydraulic pump unit package is approximately 82cm(L) x 30cm(H) x 25cm(W) and weights 25kg.

It is recommended that an appropriate sized trailer with sufficient strapping to be used when picking up hoist.

The height limit switch is a safety device that is designed to shut off the hydraulic pump when maximum allowable lifting height is reached. Both our base plate and clear floor hoists come with this safety feature.

It is against the regulation to bypass or to remove such safety feature during installation process.
